Agartha Mog or Die Item Index

What each world drop changes, and which ones are traps during a 2x window.

Items and Collectibles

This index is the identity sheet for Agartha Mog or Die pickups. It does not replace the walking route on how to grow. It exists so a search for “what does water do” does not dump you on a battle page. Every entry below is either in the official Roblox description, on the welcome card, or reported in public coverage (Risk Zones, golden collectibles, Daily Rewards). If we have not seen it, it is not here.

Milk — Height

Milk is the mascot drop. Cartons sit on pavement and near houses as readable 3D props. Drinking Milk raises Height. It is abundant, it is the left-to-right fantasy on the game thumbnail, and it is the pickup you will overfarm if nobody stops you. Use it as circuit filler. Do not skip the other three because a carton is in frame. Height is A-tier on the stats list for a reason: required, not sufficient.

Hammers — Face

Hammers raise Face. Face is S-tier in compares. If a session has ten minutes left, spend them on Hammers after one Milk+Water pass. Players who never touch Hammers look like the left side of the thumbnail and fight like it too. Break stride for Hammers during 2x codes. The timer makes Face cheap; a wipe makes Face gone, so deposit at the Upgrader after a Hammer streak.

Picture Frames — Frame

Picture Frames raise Frame. This is the most skipped S-tier item in the game because the name sounds like housing decor. It is a battle stat. If you are taller and still lose Mog Battles, audit Frames. They feel rarer on a casual loop. That scarcity is why a Frame-complete sheet is a build.

Water — Bodyfat (lower is better)

Water lowers Bodyfat. The compare wants this number down. Water does not make a good clip. It wins fights. Drink it on the same circuit as Milk so Height and Bodyfat move together. A giant who never found Water is a gift.

MogPoints — the meta item

MogPoints are not a street drop. They come from codes, Daily Rewards, ability economies, and winning MOG outcomes. You spend them on the Mog Upgrader and on Lucky Spins. Upgrader first. Spins later. The builds page and stat planner argue about everything except that order.

Daily Rewards

Public guides mention Daily Rewards as a slow MogPoint tap. Grab them. Do not stand in that UI during a 2x timer. Dailies do not replace Milk. They replace nothing. They are a login tax you collect so the shop has one more rank in it.

Golden collectibles

GameRant’s coverage treats golden collectibles as a later help, not a starter diet. If you see a gold pickup on a path you already walk, take it. If a gold hunt deletes your Water circuit, drop the hunt. Gold is not a fifth compare icon on the welcome card.

Risk Zone loot

Risk Zones are mentioned as a later-session tool. Empty of SUB5s, louder rewards, real chance of dying or getting challenged. Farm them after the Upgrader has ranks and after you can afford a wipe. They are not the getting started loop. If a zone is also a player highway, it is a PvP zone with extra steps.

What codes do not spawn

tyfor300likes, tyfor1.5klikes, Update2, and extracode do not drop a unique item type. They drop currency, spins, and a multiplier. You still have to walk. Anyone selling a “code that gives max Face” is not on the expired list because it was never live.

Inventory discipline

There is no deep bag-management minigame in the current client. The discipline is what you chase, not how you sort. Name the hole (Face, Frame, Height, Bodyfat), pick the item, walk, deposit. Then place an NPC so the pad is not a billboard of emptiness — that object belongs on NPCs, but it is part of the same economy.

The 28 August store drop added 2x / 3x / 5x Treadmill passes. They are not a fifth street drop. See the game pass catalog and the Treadmill notes. Do not skip Water to stand on a machine you have not confirmed in a session.

If Update 3 adds a fifth drop, it will get its own heading here the day we can pick it up in a clean session. Until then, four streets, one shop, a daily button, and optional paid multipliers are the set. Walk them like you expect to be mogged at dinner and still want a plot at dessert.
